Seafood American
The story behind the name started in an ice cold fridge at sister restaurant, Little Moir's Food Shack. Owner Mike "Little Moir" and one of the head chefs, Frank Murgio, where discussing their nightly menu, in the walk-in fridge.  Looking around Mike said, “We should call this place leftovers” (because of all the odds and ends in there).  Frank said, “That would make a great restaurant name.”  Mike agreed and five years later Little Moir’s Leftovers Café was hatched.

In keeping with the Little Moir’s tradition, the handwritten menu, which is written twice daily, is full of creative, tasty and well executed choices. Like its sister restaurant, a wide variety of fresh fish is the name of the game. We’re talking chalkboard fresh — when they run out, it’s erased from the board. From Cobia to Pompano, Wahoo and various local Snappers - this is the place you'll find the fish that you won't find on mainstream menus. Start with Panko Fried Oysters or Warm Lump Crab Cheese Dip and a great bottle of wine from their extensive wine list.  Entree portions are substantial and the Sweet Potato Crusted ANYTHING is outstanding.   A menu surprise is their fabulous soups — if French Onion is on the menu, pair it with a craft beer - outstanding!

Leftovers is a cute, casual place, with local art on the walls and local musicians adding to the atmosphere.  But its name is a misnomer: There really are no "leftovers" unless you walk out with a doggie bag.
